name change

This has been a great time of change for us. And getting our new site up has also made us re-look at what we call our selves. So with much discussion and thought, we are moving forward with "Avid Union".

Our logo hasn't changed because we we are still the same in terms of what we stand for, but we feel that the message is clearer.
